“Mustang”® 125 O.G Continuous Pre-Painted guttering system.
“Mustang”® continuous guttering and fittings (British Board of Agrement Certificate No 91/2625) in pre coated 0.9 mm thick 3105 H45 aluminium. Profile to be 125 x 97mm O.G. section. Material to be pre coated both sides in Hydrocoat/Textured NH 800 in Black/Brown/White/Cream/Grey (British Board of Agrement Certificate No 93/2918) detail sheet and Hydro Aluminium Alucoat letter of quality assurance. Gutter to be formed on site in continuous lengths and secured and supported with mill finished aluminium fixing support brackets .16mm wide x 2.5 mm thick at 450mm centres. Corners, stop ends, are formed using “Mustang”® polycarbonate fittings sealed with “Mustang”® Mustseal silicone sealant. The gutters are to be fixed using M4X 40mm stainless steel countersunk screws.
